A Mensa membership is a prepaid block of meals for a fixed term. Meals are personal to the member, limited to one redemption per meal period, and expire when the term ends.

You can cancel at any time. Unused meals are refunded at your plan's per-meal price, less a stated processing fee. The exact refund policy is shown before you pay and never changes mid-term.

We may suspend memberships for abuse, including code sharing. Suspensions pause the term rather than consuming it while any review happens.
