What exactly am I buying?

A block of meals for the term: 40 on Base, 75 on Plus, 150 on Unlimited. Any meal, any day, until the term ends. One swipe per meal period (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

What if I want out?

You can cancel any time. We refund your unused meals at the per-meal price of your plan, minus a small processing fee that we state before you buy, never after. The exact policy is written into your membership terms at checkout.

What happens to meals I don't use?

They lapse when the term ends. We tell you your balance every time you open the app and nudge you when the term is winding down, so nothing expires silently. If you know you eat less, start with Base; you can upgrade mid-term.

Can I bring a friend?

Plus includes 2 guest passes a term and Unlimited includes 4. A guest pass covers a full standard meal. Beyond that, friends can pay at the counter like a normal restaurant.

I'm vegetarian / have allergies. Is this for me?

The core board always includes vegetarian options, and every dish at the counter is labeled for the major allergens. Tell us your restrictions at signup and the kitchen sees them when you redeem.

My phone is dead. Do I not eat?

You eat. Staff can look you up by name, check your photo, and redeem your meal manually. It's logged exactly like a scan.

Can someone else use my code?

No. Your code rotates every 30 seconds so screenshots don't work, and staff see your photo when they scan. Meals are personal; that's what keeps the prices where they are.

When are you open?

Lunch 11 to 4 and dinner 4 to 10, every day, plus weekend breakfast from 9. We're in downtown Easton, a short walk from Lafayette. Exact address lands with the opening announcement.

What does a meal cost, really?

Plus works out to $9.33 a meal, Base to $10, Unlimited to $7.33. Compare that with $14 takeout or $22 delivery after fees and the membership pays for itself by mid-term.
