We collect what running a membership requires: your name, email, a profile photo used for identity checks at the counter, and your redemption history. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and staff can only see what the counter needs: your name, photo, plan, and balance.

Email from us is limited to your account (receipts, balance notices) and, if you opted in, occasional news. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works the first time.

Want your data deleted? Email us and it's done within 30 days, minus what accounting law requires us to keep.
